Ghosrawan is a small village in the state of Bihar. The tour of this village must interest you, as it is on the site of a very large and important Buddhist Monastery. This Buddhist Monastery is probably the Kapotaka Vihara visited and mentioned by Hiuen Tsang.
In the outskirts of the village besides the lake is a Buddha statue nearly 10 ft high. It is wonderful statue carved out of shiny black stone. Tetrawan is a village short distance from Ghosrawan. There is a temple with a marvelous and valuable collection of carved Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in the village of Tetrawan.
On the tour of Ghosrawan, you must not miss Nawada, as there is a worn out museum with a small display of Buddha statues found from the surrounding areas.
